LIVING ON YOUR OWN
                        
                               Living on your own is a way to be able to survive indepedently, we can begin by making a decision to be able to making money, art of the budgeting, and then we can build a life. To live indepedently, we have to adjust our expenses, we can preparing our budget, keep in mind, our personal and financial goals, our income, our lifestyle, our fixed expenses, our flexible expenses, moving cost, moving-in cost, and the cost of setting up house. We can start from spend no more than 30 % of our net income on rent payment. We are looking for a place to stay that is located near to public facilities and office, so the transport cost incurred isn't too much.
                               Set up a budget to begin living on your own or upgrade your lifestyle. First we start by calculate all our income consists of the main job and side job. For example my income from main job (accountant)  is Rp. 4.500.000,- and my income side job (selling dessert)  is Rp. 5.000.000,- . So, my monthly net incomes are Rp. 9.500.000,- I must count my fixed and flexible expenses, fixed expenses consist of rent house Rp. 2.850.000,-, car payment Rp. 2.000.000,-, and than I must too count my flexible expenses consist of savings  Rp. 500.000,-, food  Rp. 500.000,-, utilities such as gas, electric,and water Rp. 200.000,-, transportation which consists gas and oil Rp. 300.000,-, parking and tolls Rp. 100.000,-, clothing Rp. 300.000,-, entertainment Rp. 100.000,-, and then personal items Rp. 400.000,-. So my total monthly expenses are Rp. 7.250.000,-

                               After that, we have to calculate how much budget we should spend ranging like as rent for first month, cleaning deposit, security deposit, telephone deposit, and of course most importantly the moving cost include the cost of purchasing boxes, the cost of transport such as rental truck or pick up, and service lost porters. For example my moving-in costs that include rent for first month  Rp. 2.850.000,-, cleaning deposit Rp. 200.000,-, security deposit Rp. 150.000,-, telephone deposit Rp. 150.000,-, and moving cost Rp. 300.000,-.beside that we also have to prepare a budget of furnishing and equipping a house. in bedroom are needed mattress, pillow, and bolster , the budget are Rp. 300.000.-. in living room are needed carpet , and table, I didn't buy a chair because I want to set my living room to lesehan with carpet , the budget are Rp. 250.000,-. in dining room are needed plate, bowl, spoon, fork, cup, and jug, the budget are Rp. 200.000,-. in kitchen are needed gas stove, knife, kettle, pan , ect, the budget are Rp. 300.000,-. in bathroom are needed water dipper, bucket, toothbrush, ect, the budget are Rp. 150.000,-.So, my total cost to move in, and cost of funishing and equipping a house are Rp. 1.300.000,-. Summary, my total cost for first month are Rp. 9.350.000,-.

                            My reflection, the cost I spend didn't exceed my income which means my finances are still surplus not deficit, I still have Rp. 150.000,- surplus, but I have to keep my spending patterns to be able to remain positioned a stable financial and surplus. I should be able more attentive and set my spending . If necessary cost that can't be set again then I should be able to increase my budget income more than my budget expenses. I think this is what you can do to able to build living on your own for the first time.
